O Lord,
You speak of clean and unclean,
of what may be eaten and what must be left behind.
At first it feels strange,
but then I see the truth
You are teaching me that even the smallest choices matter.
Holiness is not just in the sacrifices,
but in the table, in the marketplace, in daily life.

I confess, Father, I divide my life into “sacred” and “ordinary.”
I give You Sunday but keep the rest of the week for myself.
I let my words, my habits, my appetites
be shaped more by convenience than by devotion.
I forget that You are Lord over every detail.

Yet You call me to be holy as You are holy.
Not flawless by my own strength,
but set apart by Your grace.
You do not just cleanse my soul,
You reorder my life.
You remind me that every choice is an act of worship,
and even what I eat, what I do, what I touch
can draw me nearer to You or pull me away.

So here I am, Lord.
Teach me holiness in the ordinary.
Let my daily rhythms honor You.
Make me mindful that I carry Your name wherever I go.
Let nothing be too small to surrender,
and let everything become an offering.

Amen.
