O Lord, our Refuge and Deliverer,
When the road is long, and trials press in, We hold fast to Your promises: "For You have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God, you may receive what is promised." (Hebrews 10:36)
Strengthen our weary hearts, O God. When discouragement threatens to take root, Let us remember, "Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines… yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will be joyful in God my Savior." (Habakkuk 3:17-18)
You are the One who sustains us through every season. When our strength is spent, You renew us. When our hope is shaken, You remind us of eternity. Let us fix our eyes upon the joy set before us, that we may not grow weary in doing good, knowing that our labor in You is never in vain.
May we run the race with perseverance and trust that You will complete the good work You have begun in us.
In Jesus' name, Amen
