O Lord, my God, in the morning You shall hear my voice, for my soul longs for You. Before the sun rises, I lift my eyes to You, the Maker of heaven and earth. I direct my prayer to Your throne, knowing that You are faithful to hear and answer.

“O Lord, in the morning you hear my voice; in the morning I prepare a sacrifice for you and watch.” (Psalm 5:3, ESV)

My eyes are set upon the hills, where Christ my Savior has ascended in victory. He pleads for His saints, presenting our prayers and praises before the Father. Lord Jesus, You are my advocate and my righteousness—through You alone, I stand before the throne of grace.

“Consequently, he is able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, since he always lives to make intercession for them.” (Hebrews 7:25, ESV)

O holy God, You are just and true, and no evil can stand in Your presence. The wicked may boast for a time, but they shall not remain. You delight in righteousness, and only those who walk in Your ways will dwell in Your presence.

“For you are not a God who delights in wickedness; evil may not dwell with you.” (Psalm 5:4, ESV)

But I, O Lord, will seek You in reverence and humility. I will enter Your house with thanksgiving, to behold Your mercy and to worship in holy fear. Your presence is my greatest treasure, and in Your courts, my soul finds rest.

“But I, through the abundance of your steadfast love, will enter your house. I will bow down toward your holy temple in the fear of you.” (Psalm 5:7, ESV)

Guide my feet, O Spirit of truth, and lead me in the path of righteousness. Make my way straight before me, that I may walk in obedience and glorify Your name. Keep me from temptation, and let my steps be firmly planted in Your will.

“Lead me, O Lord, in your righteousness because of my enemies; make your way straight before me.” (Psalm 5:8, ESV)

O Lord, my morning belongs to You, my day is in Your hands, and my life is Yours alone. Hear my prayer, strengthen my heart, and keep me steadfast until I see You face to face.

In the name of Jesus Christ, my Savior and King, Amen.
