Faithful God,
You told Moses to send men into the land of promise,
to see the hills and valleys,
the fruit and the people,
to taste with their eyes
what You had already sworn with Your Word.
It was never a question of if,
but of trust.

Lord, how often I do the same
I look with human sight,
measure with human strength,
and forget Your promises.
I see giants where You see victory.
I see walls where You see inheritance.
Forgive me for walking by fear
when You call me to walk by faith.

The spies brought back fruit,
clusters so heavy two men bore them on a pole.
A glimpse of abundance,
a preview of blessing.
Yet even with fruit in their hands,
their hearts trembled at the size of the enemies.
O God, remind me that evidence of Your goodness
is never cancelled out by the threats before me.
Let every blessing I taste
become fuel for trust,
not fear.

Ten voices spoke of giants,
only two of faith.
The crowd bent toward fear,
forgetting the God who split seas
and shattered Pharaoh’s pride.
Lord, keep me from following the majority
when the majority forgets You.
Give me the courage of Caleb and Joshua
to quiet the murmurs,
to still the panic,
to declare, “The Lord is with us,
let us go up at once!”

Father, fear exaggerates.
It whispers, “We are grasshoppers,
and they are giants.”
But in Your hand,
the weak become mighty,
and the smallest seed
can move the mountain.
Teach me to measure battles
not by my stature
but by Your strength.
For if You are for me,
who can stand against me?

So today, Lord,
send me into the land of promise.
Open my eyes to see the fruit of faith,
the goodness that lies ahead.
Silence the giants in my imagination.
Sharpen my memory of Your wonders.
And let my report,
my testimony,
my life,
declare this truth:
The Lord is faithful,
His Word is sure,
His promises never fail.

In the name of Jesus,
the true Joshua,
who leads us into the greater inheritance,
Amen.
