O Lord, our Rock and our Redeemer, Your promises are perfect, and Your peace surpasses all understanding. Yet, in the storms of life, my soul trembles, and trials seem unrelenting. The enemy prowls, seeking to shake my faith, and fears rise within me. But I cling to Your Word, O God, for You are my refuge, my fortress, and my deliverer.
“The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?” (Psalm 27:1, ESV)
Jesus, my Savior, when darkness threatens to overwhelm, I flee to You. You are my hiding place, my ever-present help in trouble. You have heard my cries before, and I know You will hear and help me again. You have never forsaken those who trust in You.
“I cried aloud to the Lord, and he answered me from his holy hill.” (Psalm 3:4, ESV)
Beneath Your mighty wings, I find my rest. You are my Keeper, my Shield, and my Guide. The night may be long, but when I wake, I find You still beside me. No foe can stand against the One who neither sleeps nor slumbers.
“He will cover you with his wings and you will find refuge; his faithfulness is a shield and buckler.” (Psalm 91:4, ESV)
O Lord, why should I fear the threats of earth or the schemes of hell? You are near, and You are mighty to save. From You alone comes salvation, and in You alone, my soul finds rest. Strengthen my heart, O God, that I may trust You fully, knowing that nothing can separate me from Your love.
“For God alone, O my soul, wait in silence, for my hope is from him.” (Psalm 62:5, ESV)
I lift my voice in praise, for You are my refuge, my strong tower, and my unshakable hope. I will not be moved, for You hold me fast.
